Thus, the jilbab has been studied and designed so that the openings on the cape give access to the pockets on the skirt worn underneath. َAlso you can Wear your shoulder bag under your cape, you access it through the openings without having to raise your jilbab and therefore uncover yourself or have a bag on your cape that will divulge your forms through the shoulder strap.
