Big jilbab Saoudien Umm Hafsa - Noir

I absolutely love this Jilbab! It has become my everyday wear now. It’s very wide so it’s also good for plus size sisters. I’m definitely going to be ordering the blue and grey version insha’Allah. For reference I’m 169cm (5’6) and I got size 3 which is perfect.

I genuinely love the quality of the product. I'm 166 cm and ordered a size 1, and the length of it dragged on the floor by maybe 3 inches. Much longer than what was described. But the quality was very good, so i got it tailored anyway. It would be more helpful to adjust the measurements on the website correctly for future customers In Shaa Allah

This is the best Jilbab ever. I’m obsessed. This is perfect for ladies who have a curvier body type and want something that will properly cover the figure. The material is amazing and doesn’t stick to the the body parts nor outline them. I’ve tried jilbabs from many different brands but this one gives amazing coverage like no other. I’ve long struggled to find a product that gave me the level of modesty I was looking for, until I found this. Had I not found this jilbab, I would’ve likely became discouraged and gave up dressing modestly. This brand has made modesty very comfortable, attainable and affordable for me and many other women. Assalamu aleykum ich empfehlen jeder Schwester diesen big khimar zu kaufen. Der ist Wunderschön sehr breit und lang. Ich bin 1.50 groß habe die kleinste Größe gekauft und der kommt bis zum Boden. Es kam sehr schnell an, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Allahuma Barik

This absolutely wonderful jilbab is generously proportioned in every direction. I'm 1m78 tall and size 3 definitely still sweeps the ground all round. At first I found managing the length quite difficult, but from experience I can say (to any other novices contemplating this) that if you persist you soon get the hang of it. Unless you keep your arms outstretched, the fabric beneath the sleeves will always brush the ground, and learning to manage that is a big part of living with any Saudi-style jilbab. The cord finger loops are very effective, and makes it so easy to put on your gloves. Black is absolutely the classic colour here, and sends out a strong statement about the wearer. My personal preference is to wear everything in the same colour and I always wear this with the adjustable 1-piece niqab (tied inside the jilbab) and sarouel, both from the Umm Hafsa collection. Out in public, for absolute modesty, and also increased protection during these strange times, I add a second longer niqab over the top - see my recent review of the three layer niqab 1m60 - with one of the two long veils left forward. Now the weather has once again turned distinctly chilly, I'll add an abaya under the jilbab to provide extra layering. In summary, this is a truly wonderful jilbab for those who demand maximum coverage and are prepared to put in some work learning to manage the volume of material involved. I originally bought a couple of these from a UK distributor, but their reduced range and stock levels led me to Maktaba-AhloulHadith so my thanks to them for all their work. And finally thanks to Umm Hafsa, whose extensive catalogue has provided me the means of achieving the modesty in dress I have long dreamed of.
